Frontier Therapy has one goal in mind for you. Our goal is to replace your pain with performance. We understand that your performance goals will all differ. That is why our individualized assessment and treatment plans will be tailored to specifically meet your needs. Some of you might want to lift your kids or grandkids without back pain. Some of you might want to ski or hike all day without knee pain. Some of you might want to back out of your driveway without neck pain. Whatever and wherever your pain might be, let Frontier Therapy replace it with performance.
Each of our staff members were recruited to Frontier Therapy because they are passionate about life and passionate about helping others. All of our therapists and personal trainers have extensive training and are experts in human movement.
Our Providers
Jeffrey Trotter, DPT, CKTP, Owner
Jeff earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from California State University, Fresno in 1996. He then returned to Alaska where he opened a small fitness and physical therapy clinic, which would eventually become Frontier Therapy. Jeff returned to school to earn his Master of Physical Therapy in 2002, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University, the home of the Miami Dolphins training facility.
Jeff completed training and a mentorship at EXOS (formerly known as Athlete’s Performance), one of the leading sports performance companies in the world. He has been lucky to count athletes from the NFL, NBA, and multiple Olympics as his patients and sports performance clients. In 2016, Jeff became a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner. Completing his advanced training with members of the Seattle Mariners medical staff.
